  Human Pressure Dynamics is an evidence-informed behavioural framework.

It does not present itself as a new scientific theory. Instead, it integrates established knowledge from multiple scientific disciplines into a practical framework that helps individuals and organisations better understand pressure, strain and sustainable human performance.


Its contribution lies not in creating new science, but in translating existing evidence into practical education, shared language and earlier recognition.


Our Evidence Philosophy

 Human performance is influenced by multiple interacting systems.

For that reason, no single scientific discipline can fully explain how pressure develops or how it influences behaviour, performance and wellbeing.


Human Pressure Dynamics adopts an interdisciplinary approach, integrating evidence from complementary fields to create a more complete understanding of cumulative pressure.


This reflects the WholeWell philosophy that human performance emerges through the interaction of interconnected influences rather than isolated factors.
