After completing a full Strain Check at the end of the 'Pressure Awareness' training course, individuals can optionally deep dive their Pressure Profile using the highly effective Discovery Workbook and Pressure Clock. This highly effective additional option with Pressure Awareness gives individuals complete flexibility to quickly, easily and repeatedly create and upload Pressure Profiles for reporting.

After a Pressure Dynamics Demands Discovery and Pressure Clock review, we sometimes find that people are genuinely experiencing much greater difficulty in the workplace. For situations like that we have tweaked the Pressure Dynamics Discovery process, evolving the tech to allow people to be able to 'Discover' specifically where they are experiencing most 'Pressure' issues at work.
